R&D

Project: Development and commercialization of a vanadium redox flow battery (VRFB) energy storage system for solar-powered smart microgrids. Phase 1

Laboratory prototype. First milestone. Build the 7-cell, nominal 100 W/10 V VRFB stack with graphite plates, Nafion N115 membranes, electrolyte manifolds, copper current collectors, pumps and instrumentation.

Phase 2 — Performance validation

Measure charge/discharge performance, efficiency, capacity, flow distribution, leakage, pressure losses and repeatability. Produce an independent technical assessment where feasible.

Phase 3 — Pilot engineering

Develop a preliminary 1–10 kW scale-up concept, supplier specifications, cost model and pilot partner proposal. A 10 kW demonstration remains a possible next stage, not an approved design.

Phase 4 — Smart microgrid demonstration

Integrate a scaled VRFB with solar PV, power conversion, controls and energy management at a partner site.

R&D Of Smart Grid Components

We are developed smart DC/AC Jumplink Inverter to connect battery, PV and regular grid in one system. We did an Inverter prototype and testing it now. We did prototype of Jumplink BMS for VRFB system, testing now.

More info about those components testing coming soon.
